1. RESERVATIONS AND RULES OF THE RENTAL
All rentals are nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be assigned or sublet. The rental only becomes final with our agreement and only after payment of the deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay.
In low season. The reservation must be made at least 5 days before the date of arrival.
Your reservation implies compliance with the internal regulations of the campsite. Liability insurance is mandatory, bring a certificate.
Payment will be made by bank check payable to Camping Le Clos du Lac or by bank card.
1-1 Accommodation
The packages include water, gas, electricity, pitch, a car, as well as the services present at the campsite
A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay is requested upon reservation and the balance of the stay must be paid upon your arrival.
The campsite reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the payment conditions listed above, to suspend or cancel the stay reserved by the customer after formal notice has remained without effect.
No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.
Specificity for bungalows
Deposit required on arrival for bungalow rentals: €500 for accommodation, including €55 for cleanliness. Deposit payable by imprint on credit card or check. It will be returned according to the condition assessed by management (storage, cleanliness, breakage, etc.) within seven days. This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability. A detailed inventory is present in each accommodation: the holidaymaker must check it and mention any missing or broken object within 48 hours of his arrival. Cleaning must be done the morning of departure: dishes washed and put away, floor washed, sanitary facilities and toilets clean, fridge clean and defrosted, bin emptied and clean. If you have taken out a cleaning package, the dishes will still have to be washed and tidied up, the floor swept, the bins emptied. Specificity for locations The site must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.
2. PRICES
Prices shown are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. The stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the reservation, and this, subject to availability.
Offers and promotions are non-retroactive and cannot be combined with each other.
The tourist tax of €0.60/Night/Adult, collected on behalf of the Community of Municipalities of Serre-Ponçon, is not included in the rates. Its amount is determined per person and per day and varies according to the destination. It is to be paid when paying the balance of the stay and appears separately on the invoice.
3. STAY
In the absence of writing from the client specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the pitch becomes available 24 hours after the date of arrival provided for in the rental contract, and full payment of the services remains required.
The accommodation and pitches are provided for a determined number of occupants for rental and can in no case be occupied by a greater number of people.
We can in no way be responsible for loss or theft of personal items, injuries or damage that may occur to holidaymakers or their property during their stay.
Safes are available in the Bungalows. A deposit of 10 euros will be required for the key.
Any extension of stay or early arrival can only be done according to the places available. Neither the same pitch/bungalow as the one reserved, nor the possibility of these extensions are guaranteed by the reservation.
All tenants must be responsible for enforcing the requirements of the campsite's internal regulations for people residing with them and under their responsibility, as well as for visitors of whom the manager will have prior knowledge.
Access to children's games is subject to parental supervision for children under 16 years old.
3-1 In accommodation
Rentals are for whole weeks, from Saturday to Saturday, during the high season (July-August).
Outside this period, the rental can be taken indifferently during the week and can be of variable duration (minimum 2 nights ).
A bungalow reservation is made from the day of arrival 3:00 p.m. to the day of departure before 11:00 a.m.
Any departure made after 12:00 will result in the payment of an additional night.
The cleaning of your accommodation is your responsibility. It must be returned in a state of cleanliness identical to that which you found on arrival. If this is not the case, a cleaning fee of €55 will be retained.
3-2 On a bare camping pitch
The arrival dates of the camping pitch rental can be done every day of the week and be of variable duration.
A pitch reservation is made from the day of arrival 12:00 p.m. to the day of departure before 11:00 a.m.
Any departure made after 12:00 p.m. will result in the payment of an additional night
4. CANCELATION
4-1 General
In case of cancellation, only requests by email will be accepted. The cancellation will only be validated upon receipt by the customer of our written confirmation by return email. Under no circumstances will telephone messages be taken into account. We draw your attention to the fact that in the event of cancellation of a stay, the payment of the deposit (30% of the amount of the stay initially planned) will be retained if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay.
4-2 Cancellation in the event of a pandemic
4-2-1. In the event of total or partial closure of the establishment during the dates of the reserved stay
In the event of total or partial closure of the establishment during the dates of the reserved stay (which is assimilated to a measure of total or partial prohibition of reception of the public, insofar as the customer is directly concerned by the application of this measure) decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to the campsite, the sums paid in advance by the customer for the reservation of the stay will be reimbursed within 30 days. However, the campsite cannot be held liable for additional compensation beyond this reimbursement of the sums already paid for the reservation of the stay.
4-2-2. due to government measures not allowing participants to travel
By way of derogation from the provisions of article 4. CANCELLATION, in the event that the customer is forced to cancel the entire stay due to government measures that do not allow participants to travel (general or local confinement, travel ban, closure of borders), even though the campsite is able to fulfill its obligation and welcome customers, the campsite will offer the choice: reimbursement of sums paid in advance or a credit note of this same sum valid 24 month.
5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Le Clos du Lac campsite, editor of this document, implements the processing of personal data which has the legal basis:

The campsite only keeps the data for the duration necessary for the operations for which they were collected as well as in compliance with the regulations in force. In this respect, customer data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship increased by 3 years for the purposes of animation and prospecting, without prejudice to storage obligations or limitation periods. In terms of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, data is kept for 5 years after the end of relations with the campsite. In terms of accounting, they are kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting year. Prospect data is kept for a period of 3 years if no participation or registration in campsite events has taken place. The data processed is intended for the authorized persons of the campsite.
Under the conditions defined by the Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, individuals have a right of access to data concerning them, rectification, interrogation, limitation, portability, 'erasure.
The persons concerned by the processing implemented also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data having as a legal basis the legitimate interest of the campsite. , as well as a right of opposition to commercial prospecting.
